There are plenty of studios willing to do whatever their clients ask. That’s not us. We don’t mean to be rude, but the last thing we want is to fail. Our job is to find the right solution, not necessarily what a client might like. Research and data will always win over someone’s favorite color.
Audiences have x-ray vision now. They can see right through the bullshit. Manufactured authenticity backfires. Doing what’s cool, hip, or rad doesn’t win customers, doing what’s right does. Sometimes, real sounds like your dad. Sometimes, real sounds like Lil Uzi Vert. It’s our job to find your voice.
We’re not mind-readers, but we’re close. We figure shit out. Thinking on our feet, and changing on the fly, is part of the job. There is no straight line to great customer experiences.
